I hand cut, hand sand & hand paint all products myself so I may take some time in getting your order out but that's because I am putting 100% into making you an unique beautiful product.

I aim to ship orders out within 3 weeks of being received. Giving you a 4 week timeframe from order placed to order being received by yourself.

Sometimes this may take a little longer, sometimes it may be shorter - if you have an order that is needed by a specific date please let me know & I will work towards that date for you.

All products that are charged between $2 - $4 on our store are shipped in a plain envelope regular post. All products charged $6 + will be sent registered post. If you need it posted express please let us know prior.
